Sound baths and retreats for people and their animals
A resonant, grounding experience that helps you and your companion animal release stress and return to a regulated nervous system.
Sound that guides the body back to rest
Stress lives in the body, and it lives in our animals too. Sound baths use soothing frequencies to guide both people and their companion animals out of fight-or-flight and back into rest.
Shanti Sounds brings this work to living rooms, wellness organizations, corporate teams, horse sanctuaries, and animals who serve and work. The same nervous system regulation that calms a dog can steady a herd, a team, or a room full of people who needed permission to exhale.

Experiences I offer
Corporate and group events
On-site sound experiences for teams and wellness organizations that want to give their people real rest.
Day retreats
A guided day that can weave hiking, honoring animals who have crossed over, and a closing sound bath into one grounding experience.
Sanctuary and farm sessions
On-site sound for horse sanctuaries, working animals, and farm animals who carry stress of their own.
Private sound baths
An intimate session for you and your companion animal in the comfort of your own space.
Group and corporate rates
Every gathering is shaped around your group, so final pricing depends on scope, location, and length. These starting points give you a sense of the investment.
Collaborations with other practitioners and wellness leaders are welcomed on agreed terms. Reach out with your vision and I will build a proposal that fits.
Sound in the places people need it
Shanti means peace in Sanskrit. Sound work is my hollow-bone practice: crystal bowls, gong, chimes, drum, Native American flute, and voice, held so a nervous system can actually downshift.
Voices from the bowls and the drum
“I was visiting from LA and wanted something uplifting and entertaining. I discovered Shanti Sounds on Eventbrite, took a chance, bought a ticket and went. I especially liked the Native American drumming. Very different.”
David, sound engineer
“My Shanti Sounds experience was out of this world transforming. Intergalactic!”
Lynn
“I hired Shanti Sounds to perform at my very first Wyoming Wilderness Wellness Retreat. Shanti was easy to work with, dependable, and the performance went above my high standards. The sound bath was the best I have ever experienced, and the drumming literally changed people's lives for the better.”
Becky McCullough, retreat host
